In order to be as surgical as possible in our blacklisting of commands with the fuzzer, it is sometimes useful to known when we're running the jstestfuzz_concurrent* tasks rather than the non-concurrent jstestfuzz* tasks. We should define a TestData.numTestClients property that takes on the value specified as --numClientsPerFixture in resmoke.py's command line.
