The community Windows builds with SSL require the vc_redist packages to be installed (at least according to dependency walker). The Enterprise versions have this required redistributable in the bin directory, and the MSI package for both install it by default (I believe).

It would be good if the community with SSL ZIP archives could have the required redistributable provided in the bin directory like the Enterprise ones do.

FYI, the community non-SSL builds do not seem to require the redistributable.
