      On a sharded cluster:

      • Disable admin.system.keys generation and rotation on config servers when featureCompatibilityVersion < 3.6
      • Ignore logicalTime and afterClusterTime processing on mongod when featureCompatibilityVersion < 3.6.

      On a replica set:
      do not introduce dependencies on featureCompatibilityVersion.
