propagate UUID from donor shard to recipient shard on _recvChunkStart

      If the recipient shard is in fcv=3.6, it should fail if the donor shard's listCollections response does not contain UUIDs (i.e., ban migrations between fcv=3.4 and fcv=3.6 shards. This should be ok, since the balancer should be turned off during upgrade anyway?).

      Just need to extract the UUID from the listCollections 'info' field.
