EL7 mongodb-org-tools v3.2.15-1 RPM appear to be broken

      sudo yum install mongodb-org

      The package mongodb-org-tools-3.2.15-1.el7.x86_64.rpm is causing installation / update errors on CentOS7 installation. The installations are done on a fresh build VM. A full set of cleans have been tried. Regression to mongodb-org-tools-3.2.14 works without error.
