SERVER-22766 introduced new functionality to dynamically resize the oplog in nodes running with the WiredTiger storage engine, but the code doesn't specify the units users need to use for the new size.
Discussed with geert.bosch and we decided to open a ticket to make this clearer and to help with future documentation.
