SERVER-29370 includes write concern majority specifications for both adding/removing UUIDs to/from collections as well as for newly-started setFeatureCompatibilityVersion operations that may be reading the featureCompatibilityVersion server parameter while another setFeatureCompatibilityVersion operation is executing. Tests should be added to ensure these write concern specifications perform as expected.
