add more bg index builds to blacklist for backup_restore

      In SERVER-24639, I added create_index_background.js to the blacklist for backup_restore.js.
      In SERVER-26435, new tests were added that copied create_index_background.js into new tests, and were not added to the blacklist.
      This ticket is to add those new tests to the blacklist.
