replsets/auth2.js should wait for SECONDARY instead of RECOVERING when 2 nodes down

      The replsets/auth2.js test erroneously waits for RECOVERING state three times in testInvalidAuthStates. This was a change made as part of this commit, but it seems to have been incorrect. It should be changed to wait for SECONDARY here
