kill_sessions.js is still somewhat flakey. figure out why and de-blacklist it.
Current observed behavior is a failure to start a hanging op by running a long running sleep in a session. Debugging shows the sleep in current op, but without a top level lsid. That indicates some failure of the initialize_operation_session_info code. Unfortunately, this only appears intermittently.
