Unblacklist add_invalid_shard.js and new_mongos_old_mongod_wire_version_clash.js in the multiversion suite when the minimum wire version is bumped for 3.7

      I blacklisted both add_invalid_shard.js and new_mongos_old_mongod_wire_version_clash.js in multiversion jstests for SERVER-31553. It seems the tests should continue to be working for 3.6->3.8 upgrade. We should unblacklist them once the wire version gets updated.
