Description
Currently, we usually just print out "primary" and "secondary" to refer to nodes that failed a db hash check. e.g. https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/6475f004ad0db96d907e996dd24bad9a2228d3f6/src/mongo/shell/replsettest.js#L1470
It would be an improvement if we also printed the node hostnames and their port numbers, so we can be sure which nodes it is referring to.
