Add a new option, rsyncExcludeList, which provides which files to exclude from the rsync of the data directory. This option alleviates failures caused by some files vanished before they could be transferred, due to the ephermeral files diagnostic.data/metrics.interim*. Note that the return code from rsync is non-zero when it emits this warning.
