Use fixed version of curator for remote EC2 instances in evergreen.yml

      The work for SERVER-32299, to support remote monitoring, downloads the latest version of curator on the remote EC2 hosts. We should use a fixed version instead, i.e., 117d1a65256ff78b6d15ab79a1c7088443b936d0.
