Archive data directory for Powercycle upon failure

      The archive of the data directory for Powercycle should only be done in case the test has failed. Currently we always archive the before recovery and after recovery data directories, but not the active directory.

      The before recovery and after recovery data directories should only be archived upon failure as well. Note, this could be made into an option such that the archive is conditional on that.
