Currently, the test works by artificially delaying secondary nodes. This action results in a degraded situation that skews the test numbers. Having the (delayed) secondaries non-voting will eliminate this effect, as the primary alone will then constitute the majority. By doing this, we can eliminate the add-on effect of lookaside use.
