multiVersion/set_feature_compatibility_version.js was disabled when we branched. Re-enable it to ensure test coverage of the setFeatureCompatibilityVersion changes done by the 4.0 upgrade downgrade project (PM-936).
noPassthrough/feature_compatibility_version.js also tests FCV and should be updated from 3.4 / 3.6 to 3.6 / 4.0.
