The major_version_upgrade.js test was updated to test that support for MongoDB-CR is unavailable post-3.6 as part of SERVER-32231. However, it was updated while the test was blacklisted (see SERVER-31553). Presently, the major_version_upgrade.js test cannot be re-enabled because it fails as of these changes. The MongoDB-CR related testing that was added to this file should be moved into its own multiVersion file, since this test should ideally not introduce additional release-specific scenarios and the Storage team would also like to re-enable this test as soon as possible.
