Allow buildscripts/install-hooks to install all types of git hooks

      At the moment, only pre-push hooks are supported. This ticket will add support for all types of available git hooks.

      The immediate use case is to create a post-checkout hook to remove all .pyc files to prevent Python scripts from failing after switching branches
