      Description

MongoDB Community Server has had SSL support since 2.6 or 3.0, yet we weren't compiling with SSL support in sys-perf tests. Julian will fix that as part of his work.

We should review our compile code to make sure it reflects what is actually shipped to users. (Of course, we may have debug symbols and other differences, if they are intentional.)
