Add metrics to serverStatus to learn how many document writes most transactions do

      We should add a serverStatus section that reports how document writes a transaction did

      • 1 document
      • 2 documents
      • 3-5 documents
      • 5-10 documents
      • 10-50 documents
      • 50+ documents

      This will allow us to notice if users are using transactions to update too many documents, or only 1 document when the could just be using regular writes instead
