Write unit test to verify transactions oplog entries are created correctly

      We should verify that transactions oplog entries are created in the proper format. This can likely be tested in op_observer_impl_test.cpp. We should also be able to remove any logic from JS tests that explicitly check oplog entry formats once this unit test is added.
