Improve the reliability of the retryable writes WT perf tests

      It seems that the retryable writes sys-perf tests seem to be pretty volatile, in particular the mixed_* tests.

      See for instance the 1 node replset tests. The mixed_findOne_retry comes back anywhere from 18k ops/sec to 24k ops/sec.
