      When trying to `rs.stepDown()` a primary sever without any electable secondaries, this error is printed

      No electable secondaries caught up as of 1970-01-01T00:00:0.000+0000Please use the replSetStepDown command with the argument {force: true} to force node to step down.

      The timestamp should be followed by a period and a space.
