ReplSetTest.awaitLastOpCommitted should log a message when it successfully finishes

      The awaitLastOpCommitted function in ReplSetTest logs a message if it fails to succeed, but it doesn't print a message when it succeeds. It should print a message in both cases, to aid debugging.
