Add timeOpenMicros to the transaction sub-document of currentOp

      We want the currentOp entry for both active and inactive transactions to contain an entry with a transaction.parameters sub document that contains the timeOpenMicros of the transaction. This field measures how long the transaction has been open. We should be able to get this real time value from the SingleTransactionStats object stored on the session.
