Add timeActiveMicros and timeInactiveMicros to transaction sub-document of currentOp

      We want the currentOp entry for both active and inactive transactions to contain an entry with a transaction.parameters sub document that contains the timeActiveMicros and timeInactiveMicros of the transaction. We should be able to retrieve these real time values by using the SingleTransactionStats::timeActive and SingleTransactionStats::startTime fields stored on the session.
