Re-enable part of the set_feature_compatibility_version.js multi version test that was temporarily disabled

      There is a test failure around multiVersion/set_feature_compatibility_version.js that increased in frequency with the commit of SERVER-35655. That part of the test
      was therefore temporarily disabled. This ticket is to re-enable it once the failure has been addressed, and also to ensure that the failure is gone.
