Missing new features notifications

      According to https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-35862 opt-in new features get to display notifications on the terminal when you connect to a server.

      But just one feature is currently doing so, all of these others are not being notified to the user they were added:

      multi-document ACID transactions

      data type conversions

      native visualizations with MongoDB Charts

      MongoDB Compass aggregation pipeline builder

      MongoDB Stitch serverless platform
