Last stable Mongos not abiding by new .stats() behavior for nonexistent namespace

      When calling .stats() on mongos in the sharding_last_stable_mongos_and_mixed_shards_8 for a NS that does not exist it will fail instead of returning the result of all 0s. This does not happen for up to date mongos.
