If I build lock_manager_test with the default link-model (not dynamic), with opt=off and dbg=on, it fails to start with this error:
Failed global initialization: BadValue Initializer QueryableWtEngineInit depends on missing initializer ServiceContext

(I was trying to avoid the trilemma, by using object linking.)
I think this error has come about due to the recent structure changes regarding ServiceContext.
