SERVER-37001 adds idleCursors to currentOp output for mongod, that work needs to be done for mongos as well. getAllCursors for mongos needs to return a list of genericCursors with all of the fields available on mongos.

This ticket should also add assertions to the test for all the fields that appear in mongod and mongos.
