Much like we do for Android where we combine all the different platforms into AAR/JAR files, we should build a combined SDK that rolls up the individual iOS, tvOS, and watchOS (and maybe macOS?) SDKs into a single downloadable artifact. Additionally, we should probably lipo together the simulator and non-simulator libraries.
