As part of TIG-1070, we're now running sys-perf tests under Amazon Linux 2. As such, we need to compile the database on the same OS to ease compatibility.

This change needs to be done in coordination with the changes in sys-perf to run tests on Amazon Linux 2. These changes are in PR https://github.com/10gen/dsi/pull/189. Once this ticket and the PR are approved, they should be merged at the same time and backports completed.

This has already been patch-tested.
