Exclude Enterprise Amazon Linux 1 from ssl_ECDHE_suites tests

      Enterprise Amazon Linux 1 does not currently support ECDHE cipher suites, but jstests/ssl/ssl_ECDHE_suites.js requires that it does, leading to build failures.

      Exclude Enterprise Amazon Linux 1 from this test to fix.
