Run causally_consistent_jscore_txns_passthrough against unsharded collections through mongos

      Add a new passthrough suite that extends the existing causally_consistent_jscore_txns_passthrough suite and runs against unsharded collections in a sharded cluster with one single node replica set shard, called sharded_causally_consistent_jscore_txns_passthrough.
