Increase namespace size

      We need to use namespaces (db name + collection names) longer than 120 bytes (usually 200 bytes). 

        This  is a feature request to allow the admin to increase/change the namespace size limit  (i.e. using the .conf file).

      The current limit prevents us from using Mongo / migrating from a different db.
