In the replica_sets_multi_stmt_txn_jscore_passthrough passthrough, as of SERVER-36311, if a command supports read concern and is not the beginning of a transaction, we give it readConcern "majority". If the suite doesn't do stepdowns/kills/terminations, we shouldn't be adding majority readConcern.
