WiredTiger Initialize step takes lot of time

      Hi,

       

      We are using MongoDB 3.4 with WiredTiger Storage Engine and as you can see in the logs the startup of Mongodb to open its port for connections takes lot of time (~16 Mins).

      Does this usually take this time?

      If yes, is there a way to optimize this?
