This is intended to allow a $changeStream aggregation on mongoD to return a postBatchResumeToken even when the batchSize is 0. In turn, this will allow the initial aggregate on mongoS to return a valid postBatchResumeToken, despite the fact that it never waits for any actual results from the shards.
