Implement internal match expression which matches a particular BinData subtype

      This can inherit from the TypeMatchExpressionBase with a single typeSet of BinData. Will also need to override the matchesSingleElement method to additionally check the subType of the BinData. The new expression should take a parameter for the specific type that it's checking.
