rollback should clear the drop-pending ident state in the storage engine

      This is already done with the system.drop.* collection. The new KV drop-pending idents should be given similar treatment.

      We have to extend the StorageEngine interface to allow the rollback algorithm to clear the drop-pending state in the KVStorageEngine.
