It looks like the original commit updated sharding_last_stable_mongos_and_mixed_shards_misc.yml which was enough to get a green patch build maybe since the required builders will run in parallel? It's failing on other platforms though because that patch didn't change sharding_last_stable_mongos_and_mixed_shards.yml.
