Fix the wt_operation_stats test to wait for the operation log to appear

 wt_operation_stats test looks for storage statistics in the slow operation log message. In case of the linked BF the expected log message appeared after the check was done by the test. It might be required to rescan the logs if the first log scan did not find the desired log message.
