Add placeholder commands for the following commands to mongocryptd.

1. aggregate
2. count
3. delete
4. distinct
5. find
6. findAndModify
7. insert
8. update

These commands will handle parsing document sequences where approriate but will defer the semantic analysis to functions not in this code review.
