I've got the following error.
My server hosting the most active shard is inaccessible for at least 2 hours with the following error :

What can I do to resolve this error ?
My cluster database is composed by
3 mongos
3 config
3 *x 4 shard server
config are hosted on the same server that the shard serverhi I've got the following error.
