Mongo shell 3.2 should send client metadata

      SERVER-35854 implemented the ability to accept client metadata in 3.2.
      However it appears the 3.2 shell doesn't send client metadata.
      Note that using mongo shell 3.4 over 3.2 works as expected (client metadata is sent and received).
