We may want user-facing one-shot transaction some day but it will have a different syntax and need a holistic design. doTxn used to be fairly isolated, however, large transaction project will change its format. The design of large transaction didn't include maintaining doTxn and will not add test coverage for doTxn. We should remove doTxn instead.
