Merge KVStorageEngine into KVEngine

      Prior to the removal of MMapV1, we have KVStorageEngine and MMAPV1Engine. And KVStorageEngine contains a KVEngine which is the actual interface to all sorts of kv storage engines.

      Since MMapV1 is gone, we can remove KVStorageEngie interface.
