Lift restriction on publishing embedded SDKs from the 4.2 branch

      We currently disallow pushes of the embedded SDKs on master, since the 4.1 non-semver setup would have overwritten the published packages from 4.0:

      After we have forked/tagged things such that we are producing 4.2 RC builds, we should lift this restriction on the v4.2 branch.
